Governed signing custody; exact-platform validation; applicable external resilience controls and audit witnesses; exercised recovery; independent review. Evidence must identify the baseline and remaining exceptions.

Scope, participants, permitted activities, stop conditions, equipment, fees, schedule, outputs, and support. No standard evaluation duration or support commitment is implied.
Decision to record
Proceed, request more evidence, defer, or decline. Name the acceptance owner and any unresolved conditions. A product overview does not authorize testing or approve production use.
