The acceptance record should identify the actual deployment profile rather than infer assurance from a similar device, a product name, or a generic architecture diagram. That keeps review tied to the system that will carry the work.

Review the control and evidence context

Acceptance also involves the surrounding operating model. Teams should examine who holds authority, how material actions are governed, how recovery will be handled, and what evidence is appropriate to their environment.
